As the founder of Mom Boss Freedom, Paige specializes in helping high-achieving moms start and grow thriving freedom-based businesses so they can fully live out their dreams as both a mom and an ambitious woman—all without burning out in the process. Prior to founding Mom Boss Freedom, Paige was a high school English teacher for 9 years as well as an adjunct writing instructor for a local community college. While she was passionate about inspiring young minds in the classroom, becoming a mom to premature twins sparked an intense desire to forge a new career path that would allow for more freedom and flexibility. This led her to starting a freelance copywriting business for fertility and motherhood brands while she was still teaching full-time so that she would have a clear pathway for exiting her full time job with a financial replacement in place. Within a year of first deciding to start her business, she was able to leave the classroom for good—while still being able to contribute to her family’s finances doing work she absolutely loved AND getting to enjoy motherhood the way she really wanted to. From there, she also started a seasonal college admission essay coaching business called Slay Your Essay—aimed at supporting high school seniors with writing standout admission essays through a self-paced program as well as 1:1 coaching and editing services. Running these two businesses allowed Paige to pursue her passions and support her family while also preparing her for the work that her soul began calling her to: coaching other ambitious working moms through creating their own pathway to freedom. Now, through dynamic programs and 1:1 coaching, Paige is on a mission to ensure that the freedom and flexibility of entrepreneurship is attainable for even the busiest of moms–even those who are working full-time.
