Dr. Daa’iyah is an enlightened and liberated duality, being born in a metropolitan city of northern New Jersey and being raised on an unpaved dirt road in a one traffic light town in southeast Georgia. She currently resides in Baltimore, Maryland. She is a physician and adult educator by training spending over a decade working as an educator and emergency medicine physician at teaching hospitals. In 2022, Dr Daa’iyah audaciously resigned and walked away from a multi-six figure career in medicine to pursue full time real estate and coaching. Within her first year in full time coaching, she went from zero to over $200,000 in revenue. In addition to full time coaching, she is an active creative real estate investor, landlord, and public speaker. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Sharing the benefits of real estate and business ownership is her passion area with an emphasis in empowering women of color especially other black women in this arena. These passions are manifested through education, coaching, and building community. She is the founder of the “Sista Docs in REI” private Facebook community of nearly 800 black female physician, dentist, and pharmacist real estate investors. She is the owner of Capital Dynasty a real estate investing and education business and overall wealth building brand. She leads two arms of “Dr. Daa’iyah’s Dynasty League” (D3L) a coaching program and community where clients SHRINK TIME in learning the skills and perspectives shifts necessary to start or grow their service based businesses and/or residential real estate portfolios that actually make them money. Through the Dynasty League, she has been privileged to help her clients make hundreds of thousands of dollars within just six months of launching her coaching programs. Her mission is to show women of color, particularly other black women that freedom and time affluence through business and real estate ownership is readily attainable.
