LaWanda is a native of Miami Florida and an authentic woman of faith, who is passionate about helping others achieve their wildest dreams. Professionally, she has served in various capacities as civil servant for more than 30 years. In her current role as a Principal Planner, she has focused her efforts on making significant impacts in increasing the stock of affordable housing, providing grant funding and managing government resources for local communities. Her educational background includes a BS in Sociology from Florida State University, a MS from Nova Southeastern University and 2 Coaching Certifications, one as a Professional Coach from the University of Miami and the other a Business Coach from Hello Seven.
