What’s the refund policy?
Here at Hello Seven, we’re all about love. We love our customers. We even love our customers who aren’t customers anymore (yep, that’s right). So in the spirit of love, here’s how our refund policy works, it’s called “The Love Policy”
If you joined the Hello Seven Coach program and don’t absolutely love it (I mean, you will, but just in case), you can get a refund—no questions asked—within 14 days of your purchase. Why 14 days? Because Valentine’s Day is the 14th, and we said this was all about love, didn’t we?
We want you to be head-over-heels in love with your investment. If you’re not feeling the love, just shoot us an email, and we’ll happily process your refund, no questions asked. We’ll even send you a sweet little love note when we do.
We do love you, but we also love being in business. So after 14 days, refunds are off the table (because that creates financial chaos—and nobody loves chaos).
